Tours operate in light rain, so bring a raincoat. In case of severe weather, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. It&rsquo;s also a good idea to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.

Each Segway has a small handlebar storage bag for cameras, light jackets and purses. Backpacks or bulky bags will not fit in the handlebar bags.

	<li>You must be able to&nbsp;step on and off the Segway unassisted -&nbsp;similar to climbing stairs without a handrail.&nbsp;Segway riding is&nbsp;not recommended&nbsp;for those with certain mobility, issues or medical conditions.</li>
	<li>There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use. Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour will be denied participation. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.</li>
	<li>Helmets are mandatory and provided by the operator - all participants must wear a helmet at all times during the tour</li>
	<li>Tours operate in light rain - participants are encouraged to bring appropriate wet-weather gear</li>
	<li>Each participant must complete a waiver form prior to joining the tour. A waiver link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure their clients are informed.</li>

Getting to Riverlife Adventure Centre

On Foot or By Car:

	<li>Driving/Parking: Park along Main Street or nearby streets. Then, walk down the stairs near Joey&rsquo;s at Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park to the river level, turn right - where Riverlife is located.</li>
	<li>Walking from Brisbane CBD: Cross the river via the Kangaroo Point Pedestrian Bridge (Veloway 1). Once across, turn left and follow the scenic riverside path directly to Riverlife Adventure Centre.</li>
</ul>

By Rideshare or Taxi: 
Set your drop-off location to&nbsp;Riverlife Adventure Centre, Lower River Terrace, Kangaroo Point. Your driver may drop you at the top of the cliffs on Main Street, so be ready to walk down the stairs.&nbsp; Alternatively, you can ask to be dropped off in Scott St, Kangaroo Point and take a leisurely walk south along the boardwalk, or Lower River Terrace and walk north along the Cliffs Boardwalk.

By Ferry: 
Hop on a&nbsp;CityCat&nbsp;and disembark at&nbsp;Thornton Street Ferry Terminal. From there, it&rsquo;s a short walk along the river to Riverlife Adventure Centre.
