We also collect information that is required for use in the business activities of The Operator including, for example, financial details necessary in order to process various transactions and any other information you may elect to provide to us. In some circumstances The Operator may also hold other personal information that has been provided by you. 
We are required by law to obtain your consent to the collection of sensitive information. In order for us to provide the services you request, you consent to the collection of all information which is provided to us for use in accordance with this Policy, unless you tell us otherwise. 
5. When we act as agent 
When we sell products and services to you, we usually do so as agent for the wholesaler or provider of those products and services. This means that we usually collect personal information about you both for our internal purposes, and on behalf of the parties for whom we act as agent for their internal purposes. 16. Refund Policy 
When booking a tour through The Operator website, full payment is required at time of booking. Cancellation of a booking will incur the following fees: 
More than 30 days before departure &ndash; $50.00 per person 
Between 7 and 30 days before departure &ndash; 50% of total cost 
Less than 7 days before departure &ndash; 80% of total cost 
Within 24 hours of departure &ndash; 100% of total cost 
If travelling on a cruise ship, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE as from time to time the captain may cancel the tenders from coming in due to severe weather. In this event, due to the expenses involved in preparing for the cruise ship tours, we do NOT offer a refund. Please compare travel insurance policies as some will cover cancellation costs due to severe weather, while others may not, also check the excess. If you purchase the Cruise Ship companies travel insurance, they will not cover external tours.
