Once your Day Tour is confirmed you will receive your booking confirmation and itinerary which will have the details of your pick up time and location included.

To maximize your time on tour we pick up only from hotels where we know our guests will be waiting for us. Please re-confirm 24 hours before your trip departs to ensure your desired pick-up location will be on the coach route. The hotel you are staying at may not necessarily be where your specific tour departs, please re-confirm with our team before your trip.

If you miss your pick-up, contact the hotel reception or the tour operator to check if the coach can still collect you. Be at your pick-up location 5–10 minutes early and reconfirm your pick-up at least 24 hours before departure to avoid missing your tour.

Our itineraries are a well-balanced mix of walking and enjoying sites from the comfort of your coach. The activity level and amount of walking can vary, so it is important that you bring adequate footwear to ensure your comfort and safety. When walking there can be some uneven terrain or times when more walking is required than others.
