This tour takes you on a sailing catamaran to experience the exotic beauty of the Kona Coast. On this tour, you&#39;ll get to see Hawaii&#39;s&nbsp;underwater treasures at stunning snorkelling bays along the coastline and enjoy a catered lunch.

 
The tour&#39;s snorkel location will be chosen based on the day&rsquo;s best weather/tide conditions and with guest input. Anchorage spots&nbsp;include sites such as Pawai Bay, which is noted for its caves, arches, and swim-throughs. Or the tour may check out&nbsp;Makalawena offshore,&nbsp;often referred to as the Big Island&rsquo;s best beach,&nbsp;only&nbsp;accessible by boat, hiking, or rugged 4x4 vehicles. 
 
 
After the crew gives the go-ahead, guests can jump into the water to snorkel around the colourful reef and spot tropical fish. A lifeguard-certified crew will be on deck to help people into the water.&nbsp;

After snorkeling, enjoy lunch aboard. See dolphins and turtles year-round. During whale season (December-March) also see humpback whales.

You can bring or buy your own snorkel gear or use the sanitized re-usable sets available by the tour. Fins and snorkel vests are provided. The crew can provide in-water assistance if necessary.&nbsp;

The catamaran has cabins available for rest and&nbsp;rejuvenation, plus private changing areas, in-cabin restrooms, and fresh-water showers for comfort and convenience.

	<li>Come in shoes that you don&#39;t mind getting sandy, and are easy to remove. Casual clothing is recommended for all trips.</li>
	<li>On snorkel trips we suggest wearing swim trunks and a t-shirt for men, and a swimsuit under shorts or a wrap for ladies. There are shaded, covered and dry areas of this boat, and also optional areas such as the front nets where you can enjoy sea spray and more wind. Restrooms for changing are aboard the catamaran.</li>

Directions: As you enter the Honokohau Harbor stay straight, do NOT turn right. Continue straight (all boats will be on your right and no boats on your left). Once you reach the yellow locked gate, turn right into the parking lot.&nbsp; Check in at the Hawaii Nautical slip in the Outer Basin, slip #38, 20 minutes before departure.
